OUR Process

Drop boxes are located at:

323 Dawson Rd | Decatur, Illinois

  • Upon acceptance of estimate, full payment is required to schedule service.

    Once payment is received, the customer is free to drop items.

  • Place all knives in sleeve and slide into drop box.

  • Once items are complete, you will be emailed a final report.

    In the top right corner, you will be assigned a drop box # & lock code.

    Items will be placed in corresponding box for pickup at your conveinence.

  • On jobs greater than 10 items, free pickup and delivery services will be provided.
